On March 22, William Sterling Walker joins Jonathan Harper, Brandon Brown, Jocelyn Saidenberg and Connie Scozzaro for the monthly Three Tents Reading Series in Washington, DC.

Three Tents is an award-winning reading series hosted by K. Tyler Christensen and Mark Cugini at The Big Hunt in Washington, DC. Three Tents was awarded second place in LitBridge’s National Reading Series Contest in 2013 and was named DC’s Best Reading Series by Washington City Paper in 2014.

William will read from Desire: Tales of New Orleans at the OutWrite Book Fair in Washington, DC, on Saturday, August 3, at 11:00 a.m. 

William's publishing house, Chelsea Station Editions, will exhibit at the event. William will be available on August 3-4 at the exhibit to discuss and inscribe his work. Also at the exhibit will be David Pratt (Lambda Literary Awards winner in the Gay Debut Fiction category for Bob the Book) and Gil Cole, author of the recently released Fortune's Bastard or Love's Pains Recounted.

The OutWrite Book Fair takes place in one of Washington's most vibrant areas: the U Street Corridor, so come for William's reading and stay for lunch & shopping.
